Apple has launched the new iPad Pro in today’s event at New York, iPad Pro is the big iPad update announced. Before the launch of the device CEO Tim Cook said the iPad is now selling more units than laptops from major laptop makers.
The iPadPro now doesn’t have a home button and uses Face ID for unlocking the device. The iPadPro uses the Liquid Retina display seen in the iPhone XR. It now has an 11-inch display in the same size as the iPad Pro 10.5-inch.

The new iPad Pros are 5.9mm thick. All the gestures seen in the iPhone X now work with the iPadPro. The iPadPro is powered by the A12X Bionic chipset, which is built on the 7nm process seen in the iPhone XS. The A12X features an 8-core CPU and Apple says single-core performance is 35 percent faster and multi-core workloads are up to 90 percent faster.
The iPadPros are faster than the 92 percent of portable PCs sold in the last year, Apple said. The A12X Bionic offers 2X the graphics performance. The iPad Pro delivers Xbox One X class graphics performance, Apple said, while promising all-day battery life. It also has the neural engine for better on-device machine learning.
The A-12X bionic chip makes the new iPad 1000 times faster with better graphics performance and all-day battery life. It also comes with an Apple Pencil. The new Apple Pencil attaches magnetically to the iPad Pro and starts charging.
Apple has replaced the Lightning connector with USB-C connector. It comes with reverse charging for iPhones. Editing the images on the iPad gets easy with amazing clarity at a lightening-fast speed.
Price and Availability of new iPad Pro
The 11-inch iPad Pro can be bought at $799, and the 12.9-inch at $999 (also available in LTE configurations). The device can be booked now and will be available by November 7.
