After all most year of speculations and leaks, Nokia 9 PureView seems will become reality soon. As we all know by now that the biggest USP of the device will be Penta camera setup. The device is going to be the worlds first smartphone with 5 camera setup, earlier Samsung has launched the Galaxy A9 with the quad camera. In a recent report MySmartPrice has revealed the Nokia 9 PureView Specifications. Nokia 9 PureView is supposed to be the next big flagship phone from HMD Global and this one could take the extra camera trend to an all new level.
Other than 5 camera setup, Nokia 9 PureView is expected to feature Snapdragon 845 chipsets and in-display fingerprint sensors. In the other leak of device by well-known tipster Evan Blass (@evleaks), a press render was shared.

According to the image shared by Evan Blass the Nokia 9 PureView will not have a notched display on the front. The back, which has a glass like finish, comes with a penta-camera setup, which has been arranged in a circular manner.
The back of the device also shows the Zeiss branding, which we have seen on most other Nokia-branded phones as well. The Nokia 9 PureView also appears to have the Android One branding at the back, which would not be surprising given that most Nokia phones are going with this trend.
The front of the phone shows that the Nokia 9 Pureview will continue with a prominent top and bottom bezel. The side bezels are considerably thinner, though not entirely invisible. The device also appears to sport an in-display fingerprint scanner, and no fingerprint sensor is seen at the back. The Nokia 9 Pureview will then be the first phone from the company to sport this particular feature, which has become more common on flagships.
Nokia 9 PureView Specifications
Other than featuring the outdated design and outdated chipset (for flagship of 2019) the Nokia 9 PureView is expected to pack 6GB RAM and a 5.99-inch 18:9 2K display with HDR10 compliance. While MySmartPrice didn’t specify the exact pixel resolution, a 2K display with an 18:9 ratio should translate to 2880×1440 pixels. For the curious, HDR10 refers to a video standard (HDR stands for “High Dynamic Range“) that features a wide color gamut (it shows a broader range of colors than non-HDR displays). According to the leaks, there will be no notch, so the overall look of the front facade is somewhat similar to the Nokia 8 Sirocco, but with rounded corners.
The in-display fingerprint sensor is teased in the leaked marketing video shown below, but it is unclear whether it will be an optical sensor like the OnePlus 6T or an ultrasonic one as expected in the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S10.
The penta-lens camera array may look ridiculous to many, but it is expected to capture 10 times as much light as an “ordinary” phone camera sensor and users should be able to use Google Photos to make depth-of-field adjustments after taking a shot. Like most cameras on Nokia phones, the Nokia 9 PureView will feature Zeiss-branded optics.
