After the launch of In India, Xiaomi Pocophone F1 launched globally. The company has launched the device in 65 countries. The device which is called as OnePlus 6 competitor comes with Snapdragon 845 chipset, 6GB/8GB RAM, 64/128/256GB internal storage, 4,000 mAh battery and a notch design.
Currently, the phone has not been launched in US and Canada, but soon we can expect Xiaomi to bring the phone in these markets as well.
If we talk about global prices of the device in France the device has been priced at €329 (~$380) and up, in Hong Kong it starts from 2,800 (~$360) HKD, in the Philippines starts with 17,990 PHP (~340) and in Indonesia and Malaysia device starts at 4,499,000 IDR (~$310) and 1,237 MYR ($~300) respectively.
Xiaomi Poco F1 ticks a lot of boxes for a lot of people. The phone features the latest top of the line specs, wide availability, affordable price tag, and lot more. But, as many phones in 2018, it’s not perfect. It has a big notch and lacks NFC and OIS. These features are rarely used in developing countries like India and others, so that’s probably why Xiaomi cheeped out on them.
The Pocophone F1 may be priced like an upper mid-range but is a flagship through and through. It packs a Snapdragon 845 chipset, a 6.18-inch IPS LCD of 1080x2246px resolution, a dual 12MP f/1.9 + 5MP f/2.0 main camera, 20MP f/2.0 selfie camera and an infrared-assisted Face Unlock. And, Xiaomi has promised the Pocophone F1 will get Android P by the end of the year.
Xiaomi Pocophone F1 is one of the biggest competitions for OnePlus 6, but the question which directly hit my mind is will Pocophone F1 get same love what OnePlus 6 got? If you ask me I would say no that case.
The growth of device we will only come to know in coming time.
